I’ve also heard the Warriors are trying to schedule something with another big man as well.
The 20-year-old freshman played 39 games for Arizona last season, averaging 16.1 points on 49.1% shooting from the field and 39.1% from beyond the arc to go along with 4.9 boards and 2.4 assists per game. Burries scored 25 or more points five times at Arizona, including a career-high 31 points against Colorado.
On the way to helping Tommy Lloyd's Wildcats to the Final Four, Burries was named to the All-Big 12 Team and the Big 12 All-Freshman team.
The Warriors will continue to ramp up their pre-draft process with the first round of the NBA draft looming, scheduled for June 23 in Brooklyn, New York.
