Moise Kean is out for around five weeks with a problem that flared up after the international break. Assane Diao is still training apart from the group, and Jesús Rodríguez, Trevoh Chalobah and Addai are also absent.
Venezia are without Bartol Franjić (shoulder surgery) and Andrea Adorante (back surgery). Thierry Correia (hamstring) and Marin Šverko (hip) miss out.
Neither side has any players suspended.
