The Los Angeles Rams had a 48-yard field goal to win the game in overtime. However, Buffalo Bills linebacker Greg Rousseau broke through the protection and blocked what would have been the game-winning field goal.

Rams kicker Harrison Mevis missed a 50-yard field goal earlier in the game. Buffalo drove down the field and won the game 37-34 in overtime on a game-winning field goal from their kicker, Tyler Bass. After this loss, Los Angeles has some problems to address on special teams, as Mevis has now missed four field goals, including the block.
