Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 6 Fantasy Outlook vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Kansas City draws one of the most appealing defensive matchups of the week against a Chargers offense that has struggled badly through five games.

Los Angeles has scored 17 points or fewer in four of five games, while its top three receivers are all injured. Justin Herbert has thrown exactly one touchdown in every game this season and at least one interception in each contest, totaling seven picks and 17 sacks taken.

The Chiefs haven’t generated much sack production themselves, failing to record one since Week 1, but they have forced an interception in every game. That turnover consistency matters against an offense that has repeatedly put the ball in danger.

Kansas City checks in at D/ST2 for Week 6. The defense doesn’t need to dominate in every area to pay off here, with the matchup providing enough turnover and game-script upside to make the Chiefs one of the strongest options on the board.

New England Patriots’ Week 6 Fantasy Outlook vs. New York Jets

The Jets are playing better football, but there are still reasons to like New England at home in this matchup.

Geno Smith has protected the ball well and has yet to throw an interception, but he has also taken at least three sacks in four straight games. That gives the Patriots a clear path to fantasy production even if the turnovers don’t immediately follow.

New England held Las Vegas to 17 points last week while recording three sacks and forcing a turnover. The Patriots have now generated at least one takeaway in four straight games.

Game script could help as well. If Drake Maye and the offense put New England in front, the Jets may be forced into a more aggressive passing approach, creating additional sack and turnover opportunities.

The Patriots sit at D/ST6 for Week 6, comfortably inside the standard starting range and carrying enough upside to be used with confidence.
