Cam Ward Fantasy Week 4 Start or Sit: Not Worth a Roster Spot in One-QB Leagues
· Yahoo Sports
Tennessee goes to Baltimore on Sunday with Ward 32nd among quarterbacks in PFN’s Week 4 rankings, and the arrow isn’t pointing up. He’s been under a dozen PPR points in two of three games, has 9 rushing yards over the past two weeks, and threw a brutal end-zone interception late against the Giants that showed the precision I’d hoped would be further along. I want to believe, but I no longer expect that to happen in 2026. He’s closer to a bench spot for a WR4 in Superflex than a roster spot in one-QB leagues, and his value is mostly getting Carnell Tate and Wan’Dale Robinson enough looks.

Should You Start or Sit Cam Ward in Week 4?
Ward has been held under a dozen PPR points in two of three games and has a total of 9 rushing yards over the past two weeks. On the bright side, 57.1% of his targets against the Giants went to his two featured receivers, but there is just so little upside that comes with those looks that we are looking at a player closer to being benched for a WR4 in Superflex leagues than one who is deserving of a roster spot in standard, one-QB leagues.

I want to believe, and maybe Ward gets there with time, but I just no longer expect that time to be in 2026. He had the brutal end-zone interception late last week that showed a lack of precision that I had hoped would be developed further at this point.
Ward doesn’t matter in most leagues outside of his ability to get Carnell Tate and Wan’Dale Robinson enough looks to produce: that’s thin, but that is the extent to which you should be invested in this passing game.
