The top half of the Express-News Top 20 Power Rankings remained intact, while the bottom half shifted significantly thanks to some upsets. Clemens dropped eight spots to No. 19 after a 51-41 road loss against Judson. Three new teams make their way into the rankings, including East Central, Kerrville Tivy and Cornerstone. Here's how the Week 5 rankings unfolded:
