New signings: Stellenbosch FC to unleash two Nigerians and a Ghanaian
· The South African

The Ghanaian goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi has already been cleared and is available for selection. Nigerian duo Arigo Obus Godspower and Lateef Kazeem Adeyanju are still waiting for their work permits.
Hunt has already decided how he wants to use the two Nigerians once they become available. Kazeem is expected to provide an option on the left wing, while Arigo will compete for a starting role as a striker.

GAVIN HUNT REVEALS NEW ATTACKING OPTIONS
“The one’s obviously a left winger; he’s a left-footed player, Kazeem. He’s really done well at training, and obviously the other guy, Arigo, is a striker,” Hunt told journalists at the Athlone Stadium.
The plan could see Arigo rotate with Bradley and give Hunt another attacking option who can play on the last line. The striker has impressed during pre-season, particularly with his movement, aerial ability and finishing.

“He’ll give us options… Good in the air, he runs, he’s scored a lot of goals in pre-season, but obviously hasn’t been able to use him,” added Hunt.
“So that’s going to be another problem to try and integrate him a little bit more. It’s just work permits now.”
The coach’s comments suggest that Stellenbosch FC are not simply adding squad depth with these arrivals. Hunt sees the new signings as players capable of immediately challenging for starting positions.
STELLENBOSCH FC WAIT ON KEY PLAYERS
Hunt believes his squad has several players who would already be regular starters if they were available.
“If you look at our squad, there’s certainly four or five that will start in our team that are not playing. And it’s been unfortunate,” he explains.
“It’s just one of those things. Mosa Lebusa, Bafana Mthethwa, Kazeem, and Arigo, they will start the four or five of them in our team. But obviously, they haven’t been available for various reasons, and that’s about it.”
For Stellenbosch FC, getting the outstanding paperwork completed could therefore make a significant difference to their options in the Betway Premiership.
Agbasi is cleared. Arigo and Kazeem are waiting for their permits. Hunt will be hoping the trio can soon be unleashed and give his side another boost.
