The Kansas City Chiefs have an injury concern with rookie cornerback Mansoor Delane in the first half of the Week 1 game against the Denver Broncos.
It isn't clear when Delane got hurt but he was spotted going to the locker room in the first quarter. Prior to his exit, Delane recorded his first career interception on Denver's first drive of the contest.
