Ex-OSU WR Julian Fleming sentenced in crash that killed girlfriend

Former Ohio State wide receiver Julian Fleming was sentenced to driving under the influence and involuntary manslaughter stemming from an ATV crash that killed his girlfriend, according to a news release from Bradford County Criminal Court via multiple reports.
Fleming was sentenced to 9 to 23 months in jail, with 6 months of probation when he is released, according to multiple reports.

On May 23, Fleming crashed the ATV in Columbia Township, Pennsylvania. Neither Fleming nor his girlfriend was wearing safety equipment. According to a Pennsylvania state police report, a deer entered the road and caused Fleming to crash the vehicle.
Fleming's girlfriend, 23-year-old Alyssa Boyd, died at the scene. Fleming sustained multiple injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, per multiple reports. He pleaded guilty to first-degree misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter and misdemeanor driving under the influence in April.
Fleming, 24, transferred from Ohio State to Penn State after four seasons with the Buckeyes. He signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in April 2025. As a Buckeye, Fleming started the 2022 and 2023 seasons. He played 38 games at Ohio State and had 963 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
