Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly offered Argentina international centre-back Cristian Romero to Chelsea. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club entered this summer expecting to lose their captain. Spurs have now offered him to the Blues, and he is keen on the move. The Lilywhites are said to have sent a verbal bid to Chelsea for Portuguese winger Pedro Neto. It is unknown whether both clubs are eyeing a swap deal, but Tottenham are set to lose their captain from the look of things.
