Soulé’s agent visited Trigoria on June 11 to understand the type of scenario unfolding around his client. Roma have never kicked him out, and he has always maintained he wants to stay. Today, however, an exit could be beneficial for both sides.
Roma have the player on the books for around €15 million, and by taking in more than €40 million, they would earn a significant capital gain.
Intermediaries have been trying to iron out a move to Saudi Arabia and now, Al Ahli are emerging as a destination. They also dealt with Roma when they signed Roger Ibanez and the avenue can open up once again this summer, with the Giallorossi keen on earning capital gains by the 30th of June.
