According to Calciomercato.it, Brentford value the Italian at between €35 and €40 million, a figure that poses a considerable challenge for both Milan and Juventus given that neither club will have Champions League revenue next season.
The English club exercised their right to buy from Fiorentina for €17.5 million in the summer of 2025, and having seen Kayode develop into one of the Premier League’s standout young defenders, are in no mood to sell cheaply.

Kayode’s Premier League preference poses biggest hurdle for Serie A suitors
The financial obstacle, however, may prove secondary to the player’s own wishes.
Kayode’s preference is to remain in England and continue his development in the Premier League, with a return to Italy currently viewed only as a fallback option.
Interest from La Liga and Ligue 1 is reportedly more appealing to the defender, with PSG understood to be among the clubs who have expressed admiration for his profile.
For Juventus in particular, Kayode had been considered a priority target to satisfy UEFA’s homegrown requirements, but persuading the player to leave England looks like the harder task.
