Milwaukee Brewers fans not already in Florida and planning on attending the 7 p.m. CST game would have to act exceptionally fast to arrive in time to see any of the ballgame. But if they can get there, tickets are selling for significantly cheaper than those at American Family Field.
Tickets are still available directly from the MLB website, where standing room only seats are $595.60 and dozens of seats in the stadium are as low as $606.60. Resale prices are similar, but slightly higher, with several options on StubHub between $685 and $734.
In comparison, tickets for a possible Game 6 and 7 at American Family Field are going for no less than $2,000 on resale sites. As of 8:30 a.m., StubHub's cheapest ticket price for a possible Game 6 on Friday, Oct. 30, was $2,700.
Even for the Brewers' official World Series watch parties, where fans pack into American Family Field to watch the road game on giant screens, the originally $15 tickets were selling for hundreds of dollars on resale sites. Game 5 watch party tickets go on sale at noon Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Games 1 and 2 in Milwaukee broke records for the most expensive ticket prices in World Series history.
