HANOVER — The Somersworth High School girls volleyball team and Hanover entered a Division II clash on Monday, Sept. 28 with both teams sporting undefeated records.

The Hilltoppers kept their perfect season intact with a 3-0 sweep of host Hanover, led by senior Kylie Pettengill's 40 assists.
Emily Runions had 14 kills and 13 digs, and Paige Demers had 12 kills and six blocks as Somersworth improved to 8-0 on the season.
Game scores were 25-16, 25-12 and 25-20.

DOVER — Julianne Stowell had 11 assists, Hadley DeStefano had eight aces and Anna Szufnarowski had six kills for St. Thomas Aquinas (9-1) in this Division III win

NEW IPSWICH — Lexi Jordan had 19 assists and three aces, Bea Monahan had 16 assists, eight kills and three aces and Molly Marquis had 13 digs, six aces and five kills for PCA (8-1) in this Division IV loss.
Caroline Braman had 12 kills, three aces and two blocks and Dylan Anderson had eight kills and three blocks for the Eagles as well.
Individual scores were 22-25, 25-27, 25-23, 26-24 and 3-15.
