Northern Railway Hosts OHE(Over head Equipment) Skill Excellence Competition 2026 Across 84 Depots

With the objective of enhancing skills in OHE maintenance and breakdown restoration,OHE Skill Excellence Competition – 2026 was organized across all 84 OHE depots of the Divisions of Northern Railway.
In the competition critical OHE exercises were conducted - contact & catenary wire splicing, bracket/stay-arm insulator replacement, cantilever & ATD replacement.

All OHE Depots & staff enthusiastically participated sharpening their practical skills, strengthening teamwork and learning from one another by observing & sharing good practices.
FINALE of OHE Skill Competition 2026 was graced by Shri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, General Manager, Northern Railway.
The Ambala Division won the competition, followed by Team Lucknow Division as the 1st runner-up and Delhi Division as the 2nd runner-up respectively.
