GM of East Central Railway meets railway employees, hears grievances

East Central Railway (ECR) General Manager Dimpy Garg on Tuesday met railway employees and their dependants at the ECR headquarters in Hajipur and heard their departmental grievances.

The meeting was organised as part of the railway administration’s efforts to ensure the speedy and effective resolution of issues faced by railway employees and their dependants.
During the meeting, two railway employees/their dependants apprised the General Manager of various departmental problems and difficulties.
Garg heard their grievances and sought necessary information from officials regarding the issues raised. He directed the departments concerned to take prompt action and ensure effective disposal of the complaints.
The General Manager also instructed officials to ensure that there was no unnecessary delay in addressing employees’ problems and that necessary action was taken in each case in accordance with rules.
The initiative aims to provide railway employees and their dependants an opportunity to raise their concerns directly before the General Manager and ensure their resolution in a time-bound, transparent and sensitive manner.
