Injury updates: Lukas Van Ness in, Javon Hargrave out for Packers at Jets

NEW YORK — Two Green Bay Packers defensive lineman had their game status change on Saturday, Sept. 19, for the Week 2 game against the New York Jets.
Lukas Van Ness cleared concussion protocol, making the Packers’ top edge rusher available. Van Ness was listed as questionable on the injury report Sept. 18 after initially being placed in the protocol after last week’s game at the Minnesota Vikings.

Defensive tackle Javon Hargrave was downgraded to out against the Jets because of a concussion. His absence will not be a surprise. Hargrave initially was listed as doubtful on the injury report.
