Former champion Daniil Medvedev had a spot of bother with a pair of birds at the US Open.

Two feathered visitors perched on the net during Medvedev's second-round clash with American wild card Sebastian Gorzny, while a point was being played.
The rally continued for several more shots until Medvedev hit what he thought was a winner, only for the umpire to intervene and call for the point to be replayed, much to the seventh seed's irritation.
"This is the most ridiculous decision I've seen in my life," he raged.
The Russian recovered his composure to run out a comfortable 6-1, 6-3, 7-5 winner.
Afterwards, he said: "The thing is that when they came in, I thought, 'OK, the referee is going to stop the point.'
"And he let it play. Like, OK, let's play. And the moment I hit the winner, he was like 'stop, stop, stop'."
