According to eyewitness accounts, the unidentified woman had boarded a spinning ride at the fair being held as part of the Nageshwar Yatra celebrations.
The incident occurred after the iron safety restraint securing her seat reportedly came loose while the ride was in motion. As the ride continued spinning rapidly, the woman was ejected from her seat and fell to the ground.
The accident triggered panic among those present at the fair. The injured woman was immediately taken to a nearby government hospital for treatment.
