Alabama reportedly among finalists for top 2027 point guard

According to Rivals' Joe Tipton, the Alabama Crimson Tide are among the seven finalists for talented 2027 prospect Devin Cleveland.
Alabama is joined by two additional SEC teams in Cleveland's reported list of finalists, Arkansas and Missouri. Along with those three programs, Cleveland is also considering Marquette, Michigan, Syracuse, and TCU.

One of the top point guards in the 2027 class, Cleveland is currently ranked as the nation's No. 33 overall prospect in the cycle, as well as the No. 7 player at the position, per the 247Sports Composite rankings. Cleveland is also the No. 3 player in the state of Indiana where he attends La Lumiere School, and is a highly-rated four-star recruit that could potentially reach five-star status whenever he eventually makes it to the collegiate level.
Alabama does not currently have a player committed in its' 2027 recruiting class. A decision timeline is not currently set for Cleveland.
