Portsmouth sign Estonia midfielder Shein

Pompey have signed Estonia international midfielder Rocco Shein from Norwegian side Fredrikstad for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old has agreed a three-year deal at Fratton Park and becomes the third new player to join the club this summer.
Shien has played 25 times for his country since making his debut against Albania in 2022.
He began his career with Estonian side Flora and played in Europa League qualifying and in the Europa Conference League.
He went on to join Dutch side Utrecht in January 2022 and had a spell with Dordrecht before joining Fredrikstad in January 2025, helping them finish eighth in the Norwegian top flight last season.
"He will provide us with plenty of physicality in the centre of the pitch, but is also someone who is very comfortable on the ball," Portsmouth manager John Mousinho told the club website.
"Rocco has already made a great deal of progress over the past few years and is still young, so we feel he can continue to improve with us."
