Real Madrid prospect Joan Martínez has received interest from Valencia, who want to add some depth to their defensive line. Valencia would be interested in signing Martínez on a loan deal where they would keep an option to buy the Spanish center-back, according to a report published on MARCA. If Valencia were to trigger that potential option to buy the player, Madrid would always keep another clause to buy him back, per that same report.
Martínez will turn 19 years old this summer and it looks like he could be intrigued by the possibility of playing minutes in LaLiga. He was born in Alginet, just a few miles away from Valencia, so this deal could make sense for all parts involved as Real Madrid also want him to keep developing and improving as a player.
