Trans jailbird who murdered baby gets out 30 years early, starts OnlyFans

· Toronto Sun

Transgender baby killer Autumn Cordellione was secretly released from prison 30 years early and has now launched an OnlyFans page.

Cordellione had been sentenced to 55 years in prison in 2002 for the strangling death of her stepdaughter, 11-month-old Faith Lee, but now they’re back on the streets.

According to the Evansville Courier & Press , the Indiana killer was quietly released to her home town on parole in December. The problem is that no one told prosecutors until a citizen tipped them off.

Cordellione went by her birth name, Jonathan Richardson, at the time they murdered the helpless infant.

Richardson was 19 on Sept. 12, 2001, when he was left alone babysitting his girlfriend’s daughter. He strangled the child to death at the couple’s Evansville home. He was convicted of reckless homicide in 2002.

Authorities were reportedly stunned that the flamboyant tattooed killer was back on the street. Prosecutors said they were given no advance notice from the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) that Cordellione had been paroled.

Cordellione had served less than half their sentence. Corrections records said that the killer’s earliest possible release date was Dec. 29, 2025.

“The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office was not notified that this defendant was back in the community — they were spotted by a citizen who recognized them from the original court case,” Vanderburgh County Prosecutor Diana Moers told the Courier & Press.

Killer’s past lawsuits

The convicted murderer has never been far from the news with a wide-range of lawsuits and declarations. Most recently Cordellione took aim at U.S. President Donald Trump.

— In 2025, Cordellione filed a $3.5-million lawsuit against Trump over what she called “transphobic hate speech.” She fingered Trump for “extremist rhetoric” that triggered physical and sexual attacks on her in the slammer.

— Now identifying as a Muslim woman, Cordellione launched a separate lawsuit against the prison chaplain after alleging she was denied a hijab.

— In March 2025, Cordellione sued the the Department of Corrections over its ban on gender-affirming surgery for inmates. This triggered public outrage.

— Diagnosed with gender dysphoria in 2020, the baby killer changed their name to Cordellione and began identifying as female.

“Convicted murderers don’t get to demand that taxpayers foot the bill for expensive and controversial sex-change operations. It lacks all common sense” Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita said at the time.

“We won’t stop defending our state’s ban on using taxpayer funds to provide sex-change surgeries to prisoners.”

Dating a fellow trans killer?

According to a report from Reddux , Cordellione has established multiple social media pages including an OnlyFans where they reportedly sell pornography of themself.

On Reddit, Reddux says Cordellione self describes as “a transfeminine polyamorous and pansexual,” and in other social media posts claims to be dating another convicted-killer transgender named Cory Wallace, who in 2015 fatally beat his 4-month old son and was sentenced to 72 years in prison.

Ironically, Cordellione’s free pass comes in the wake of Indiana Gov. Mike Braun signing a bill designed to prevent miscommunications between state and local authorities. The new law requires local prosecutors, sheriffs, and police chiefs to be notified by the corrections department at least a week before releasing a violent felon.
