Indore News: Mahavir, Hanuman Values Highlighted At ICAI Event

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): CA Jay Chhaira, a Central Council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), said Lord Mahavir Swami inspires calm leadership, patient decision-making and value-based management, while Lord Hanuman represents teamwork, crisis management, loyalty and a result-oriented work ethic.

Chhaira said this while addressing a programme titled Mahavir & Mahavir Management Mantra: Wisdom for Life and Leadership, organised by the Indore branch of ICAI at its auditorium.

The programme highlighted the life values of Lord Mahavir Swami and Lord Hanuman by linking them with principles of management and leadership. The theme was introduced for the first time by the ICAI and was appreciated by members.

CA Pankaj Shah, also a Central Council member, praised the Indore branch for selecting the theme and said integrating spiritual values with management principles is essential in the present context.

In the welcome address, CA Samkit Bhandari, chairman of the ICAI Indore branch, said the teachings of non-violence, self-restraint, anekantvad and self-awareness, along with values of courage, dedication and service, offer a balanced perspective for life and leadership.

As part of the cultural segment, Divita Parekh presented a dance performance. Around 40 CA and CS members of the Sanatani Yuva Sangathan, led by CA Rohit Khandelwal, also presented a devotional performance.
