The 2026 league year is coming up very soon. It officially begins at 1 p.m. Arizona time on March 11, with the legal negotiating period beginning on March 9 at 9 a.m. Arizona time.

Next up is outside linebacker BJ Ojulari.
BJ Ojulari 2025 season
Ojulari’s season had a delayed start as he continued to recover from a torn ACL suffered at the beginning of training camp in 2024 and additional surgery in June, 2025. He opened the season on reserve/physically unable to perform and wasn’t activated until Nov. 15. He played eight games with no starts and played 204 defensive snaps (38 percent) and 95 (43 percent) on special teams. He had eight tackles (six solo/one for loss), one sack and three quarterback hits.
BJ Ojulari contract status
A second-round pick in 2023, this is the finals season of his four-year rookie contract. Ojulari’s salary is $1.922 million and he has a $2.735 million salary-cap charge.
BJ Ojulari offseason outlook
With a world of ability, this season will be a crucial one as Ojulari hops to stay healthy and is playing for his next contract, whether it’s with the Cardinals or a new team. He hopes to benefit by the return of outside linebackers coach Matt Feeney and defensive coordinator Nick Rallis.
